We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients. The role involves researching suitable brands, presenting event participation opportunities, and managing follow-ups to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners.
- Reach out to decision-makers through calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Understand prospect requirements and present relevant event participation options.
- Coordinate proposals, meetings, negotiations, and booking follow-ups.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and hand over confirmed commitments to the servicing team.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Confidence in making sales calls and presenting business proposals.
- Good organisation and consistent follow-up habits.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in B2B sales, exhibition sales, sponsorships, or business development.
- Familiarity with architecture, interior design, or building materials brands.
- Experience working towards sales targets and managing a prospect pipeline.
