Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
• Conduct BTL activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and presentations to promote company products/services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and execute effective sales strategies.
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new business leads to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat busing

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to execute successful BTL activities.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience in field sales or business development executive roles in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales strategies.
