About this role
Brief Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents and generate admissions/enrolment leads.
- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and training programs.
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into admissions.
- Generate student databases through various activities and campaigns.
- Conduct college visits and College Connect activities, coordinate seminars, workshops, and career sessions.
- Maintain relationships with college placement cells, faculty, and student coordinators.
- Plan and execute student-focused events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, visits, and conversions accurately
- Prepare regular reports on tele-calling performance, college visits, lead generation, and enrolment conversions.
- Travel locally as needed for college visits and outdoor promotions.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, counselling, and enrolments.
- 2+ years of sales, tele-calling, or admissions experiencepreferably in education/training.
- Graduate/ Postgraduate
- Willing to travel locally for field activities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. (English Local Languages)
- Confident in high-volume outbound calling and persistent follow-up.
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and college authorities.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and lead-management tools.
