Business Development Executive

The Academic Advisor at LearningShala will provide individualized guidance to students on academic pathways, program selection, and course planning in alignment with their career goals. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the advisor will conduct counseling sessions, review student profiles, and help learners compare universities and programs using LearningShala's tools and data. The role involves explaining admission requirements, timelines, and policies, as well as supporting students through application processes and post-admission queries. The Academic Advisor will collaborate with mentors and internal teams to ensure accurate information, maintain student records, and contribute to continuous improvement of advisory practices. The advisor will also participate in workshops, webinars, and outreach activities to enhance student awareness of online education opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong student counseling and academic advising skills, with experience guiding learners through program and course selection.
• Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal and written skills for interacting with students, families, and internal teams.
• Career counseling expertise to help students connect educational choices with long-term professional goals.
• Sound understanding of education systems, online degree programs, and higher education trends.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage a high volume of student interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and basic data interpretation to support evidence-based advising.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and uphold ethical, student-centric practices.
