About this role
We're Hiring | Business Development Executive Career Counsellor
Aspire Tech Academy is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals to join our Business Development & Career Counselling Team in Bengaluru.
Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru | Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Sunday Off
Role: Business Development Executive – Career Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with prospective learners through inbound & outbound calls
* Understand career goals and provide suitable counselling
* Explain courses, fees, scholarships & admission procedures
* Handle objections, follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
* Maintain lead details in CRM
* Achieve monthly sales, admission & revenue targets
Eligibility
* Graduates from any discipline
* MBA – Marketing/Sales candidates are encouraged to apply
* 6+ months experience in EdTech Sales/Career Counselling preferred
* Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
* Target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
OTJ Probation Full-Time
* Probation: 20000– 25,000/month
* Full-Time CTC: 3.5 LPA – 5 LPA* based on performance
* 1,00,000 Retention Bonus** after successful completion of 1 year, subject to company terms
