About this role
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify private commercial construction leads, including hospitals, specialty clinics, shopping centers, commercial plazas, and logistics hubs.
* Meet hospital founders, commercial developers, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to pitch HIPL's design-build and MEP execution capabilities.
* Conduct initial site assessments, review structural drawings, and coordinate with the estimation team to prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) submissions.
Spearhead techno-commercial negotiations, coordinate scope adjustments, and assist in closing client contracts.
* Map upcoming commercial corridors in Nagpur (MIHAN, Wardha Road, Central Nagpur), Pune, and Nashik to maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Maintain deal stages in the company CRM and achieve quarterly revenue closure
About the Role:- HIPL is expanding its private commercial construction and healthcare infrastructure portfolio across Maharashtra. We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Architect who can translate technical specifications, BOQs, and structural drawings into persuasive commercial proposals for hospital boards, retail developers, and commercial building promoters.
