An Automated Defect Identification System at the end of each production line helps ensure near-zero defect output and consistent product quality. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in domestic and international pharmaceutical markets, with a focus on capsule sales. The Business Development Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, and negotiation. They will maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and customer support, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting on sales activities and performance to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to create and convert sales opportunities.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing sales, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a territory or portfolio.
• Ability to work independently, plan customer visits, and travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities, with proficiency in basic CRM and productivity tools.
