Business Development Executive

We're looking for a BDE who understands technology, consults with prospects, and drives the full sales cycle.

Location: NIBM, Pune

Industry: IT & AI

Work Mode: On-Site only

Experience: Fresher to 2+ Years

Joining: Immediate to 10 days

What You'll Do:-

* Handle pre-sales & post-sales activities

* Understand client requirements and map them to OneStaff AI solutions

* Conduct product presentations, demos & solution discussions

* Research prospects, industries & business use cases

* Create proposals, documentation, and sales collateral using AI tools

* Manage follow-ups, client communication & relationship building

* Work closely with product/ technical teams to convert requirements into solutions

We're Looking For:-

- Strong communication & presentation skills

- Hands-on experience with AI tools

- Research & documentation skills

- Understanding of SaaS / IT solutions

- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales

- A problem-solving and consultative approach

- Experience with Domestic and international markets

If you've worked on SaaS products before and want to work on an AI SaaS product, we'd like to meet you.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of the software landscape, and a proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles.
