    About this role

  1. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the Company's marketing and sales strategies for the Biotech, Pharma, Nutraceutical & Cosmeceutical product ranges. This role is based out of the Mumbai office and primary responsibilities will be to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive domestic revenue growth in the B2B segments. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong marketing acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  3. Educational Background & Experience:
  4. • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biosciences, Chemistry or a related field.
  5. • Experience of 2 years or more in scientific sales and marketing or a similar role is preferred.
  6. • Freshers from relevant backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
  8. Role & Responsibilities:
  9. • Develop & implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  10. • Coordinate with the technical team to produce promotional materials, including brochures, white papers, product highlights and advertisements.
  11. • Conduct market research to identify & analyze competition, industry trends & developments.
  12. • Analyze & report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  13. • Identify & pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  14. • Regularly visit, build & maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients to understand their needs and provide products & services accordingly.
  15. • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  16. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and expanding market reach.

  29. Working Conditions:
  30. The selected candidate will typically work at Mumbai office. Regular local and Pan-India travel will be required for marketing & sales visits, training sessions, meetings at other company locations, and off-site activities. The role may sometimes require evening or weekend work to meet deadlines or attend events.
