Role Overview

Full Time | 6-Day | Permanent | Work Location: Hyderabad (No Remote)

Languages: English & Hindi | CTC: 20,000 – 30,000/month

What You'll Do

Explore Pan-India markets — identify potential clients, build relationships.

Generate and service new business leads for distributors & dealers of interior design products; sell technology licenses

Lead the sales team in initiating new accounts and managing existing relationships

Formulate a roadmap for new account acquisition and ensure effective execution

Lead a team of executives to hit sales targets and oversee account management

Handle day-to-day internal & external reporting — lead generation, sales & business activity tracking

Strategize with cross-functional teams to drive better client engagement

Who We're Looking For

0-5 years experience in channel sales & business development

Experience dealing with dealers, distributors & supply chain stakeholders

Background in interior products industry (flooring, upholstery, laminates) is a plus

Strong time management & prioritization skills

Structured problem-solving approach with a detail-oriented, customer-first attitude

Entrepreneurial mindset; start-up exposure preferred

Strong MS Office & internet application skills; digital marketing/creative tool knowledge is a bonus
