Job Summary

POSITION: Business Development Executive

REPORTS TO: ASM

CO-ORDINATES / DUTIES HANDOVER (In case of absence): Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Regional Head

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
• Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
• Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
• Work alongside Regional Sales Manager to ensure specified territory is managed and effectively run and train sales team on affiliate relationships in each territory
• Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
• Expand market intelligence of health benefits industry to drive business forward
• Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for territory and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners.
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
