Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and support revenue growth across branding, digital marketing, and design services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong new business development and lead generation skills.
• Solid understanding of business and commercial acumen, including sales processes
• Experience in account management, including managing client expectations, ensuring satisfaction
• Prior experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams
