Jaiwik Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development- Executive/Sr. Executive to join our growing team.
Experience: 3-8 Years
Industry: Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences
Salary: As per market standards
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Develop new clients in the domestic pharmaceutical market.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and stockists.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain client records, sales pipelines and follow-ups through CRM/Excel.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
- Eligibility: Only candidates with experience in Pharma Sales (PCD, CDMO, or Third-Party Manufacturing Sales) should apply.
