Job Title: Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Admission Officer to guide students and parents, provide career counseling, and drive admissions for our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment.
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, online enquiries, and walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate student and admission records.
• Ensure smooth fee and admission process compliance.
• Build strong relationships and deliver an excellent student experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Good counseling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic MS Office/computer proficiency.
• Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or academic advisory is an advantage.
