Role & responsibilities

• To do Market Research
• To understand the Market
• New Product bring into the Company Basket
• Tie up or Build relationship with another company
• Share technology, presentation, PPT making
• Communication - understanding the companies principal and customers
• To Book Sales Order, To prepare Invoices, E- Invoices & E- way bill as per SOP
• To follow up with Customer for pending quotations, order execution formalities, pending payment, delivering high standards of service
• To maintain Engineers, visit data reports
• To follow up and build relationship with clients (Internal and External) for smooth execution formalities, pending payment, delivering high standards of service
• To ensure all timelines are maintained and any gaps, shall be escalated.
• To generate MIS
• Taking feedback
