Business Development Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architect Engagement & Specification Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, faade consultants and design influencers
• Drive product specifications in key projects, especially for premium series
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos and sampling activities
• Ensure early-stage involvement in projects to secure brand positioning

2. Project Tracking & Conversion Support

• Identify and track high-potential projects from concept to execution
• Work closely with SEs, dealers and fabricators to ensure specification-to-order conversion
• Provide on-ground support during client pitches and technical discussions

3. Premium Business Development

• Focus on increasing premium product penetration through design-led selling
• Build a strong pipeline of specification-driven business
• Improve value realization by pushing premium mix

4. Team Enablement (SE Support)

• Act as a multiplier for SE teams by supporting them in project closures
• Guide SEs on approaching architects and handling premium pitches
• Bring structure to project funnel management and follow-ups

5. Market Development

• Map key architects, consultants and upcoming projects
• Strengthen brand presence through architect meets, site visits and relationship programs
• Capture competitor activity and provide market intelligence
