Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for our Business Development & Account Management team in the Study Abroad industry.

The role involves building relationships with education partners, identifying business opportunities, managing accounts and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with education partners and clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts and ensure strong partner engagement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings and partner interactions.
• Understand partner requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support onboarding and activation of new partners.
• Track business opportunities, account performance and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned business development and account management targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers with a graduate degree are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client/partner meetings.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or exposure to Sales / Business Development / Account Management / Study Abroad / Education is an advantage.
