• ;Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.

• ;Following-up with the existing customers for renewal orders.

• ;Having price negotiation with the customers and distributors.

• ;Forward the purchase order, pricing, OPS to the respective purchase team.

• ;Monitor the purchase team to follow-up with the distributors for delivery. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.

• ;Coordinating with the support team for installation.

• ;After installation follow-up with the customers for payment.

• ;Attending product training at regular intervals.

• ;Learning new products and technologies.

• ;Completing monthly one product certification which is mandatory.

• ;Maintaining customers daily calls report.

• ;Submission of weekly reports to the management.

• ;Attending daily meeting with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director Sales.

• ;Helping the team when they are in field work for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.

• ;Have to achieve the targets every quarter, in a year.

• ;Any other work as required by management from time to time.
