Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented professional with strong software sales experience and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of IT (software) sales life cycle and effective communication skills. At least 2-3 years experience in software sales.
• Sales experience in Aerospace & Defence/DRDO accounts (government accounts) is essential.
• Capable of building a good customer base for our web development and digital marketing division.
• Capable of cold-calling to create interest in products and services.
• Generating new business leads and arranging meetings; Generate, identify, and qualify business leads. Capable of identifying and developing new business through networking courtesy and follow-up calls.
• Ability to prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently. Work on assignment closure with the clients until it gets closed.

Secondary Skills:

• They should be able to attract new clients and build solid relationships while maintaining existing relationships.
• Other duties include cold calling, lead generation, market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing various projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
