Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the market in the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
• Generate leads through market visits, references and business development activities.
• Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable paint and wood coating solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, customer complaints and other requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and channel partners to ensure business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 26 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales.
• Candidates from Paints, Coatings, Wood Coatings, Building Materials or Construction Chemicals industry preferred.
• Experience handling dealers, distributors, contractors, architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in Paints & Coatings / Wood Coatings will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Graduate in any discipline.
