We are currently hiring for two BDE openings:

1. Domestic BDE

Experience: 15 Years
Work Mode: 5 Days WFO
Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

2. Offshore BDE

Experience: 27 Years
Work Mode: 5 Days WFO
Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients in the IT staffing and consulting space.
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams.
  
• Manage client queries, follow-ups, negotiations, and escalations professionally.
  
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  

Requirements

• Relevant experience in IT staffing/consulting business development is mandatory.
  
• Experience in domestic or offshore B2B sales, depending on the role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Smart, confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
