Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research.
* Identify companies looking for office space, managed offices, co-working spaces, and commercial properties.
* Understand client requirements including location, area, budget, seating capacity, and fit-out requirements.
* Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
* Prepare and share property options, proposals, presentations, and commercial terms.
* Negotiate commercials and lease terms with clients in coordination with management.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, startups, consultants, brokers, and property owners.
* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, fit-out requirements, and transaction closure.
* Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
* Monitor market trends, rental values, competing properties, and new commercial developments.
