Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in expanding the Bachpan Play School franchise network across different locations.
• Identify and generate new franchise business leads through calls, online platforms, references, and market research.
• Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their requirements.
• Explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model, benefits, and investment process to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of enquiries and prospects.
• Coordinate with the senior BD/Franchise team for meetings, presentations, and closures.
• Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation and franchise acquisition targets.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA preferred.
• Fresher with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with potential business partners.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel when required will be an added advantage.
