Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in IT/Software Business Development to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new software development projects from international clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, email outreach, and other lead-generation channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and software projects.
• Find relevant projects on Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other platforms.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and submit proposals based on project requirements.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain the lead pipeline and regularly update lead status.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Convert qualified leads into successful software development projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT/Software Business Development.
• Proven experience in acquiring projects through Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, ERP, CRM, and AI development services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to independently research, generate, and follow up with potential clients.
