Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct lead generation activities through calls, emails, online channels, and networking. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable IT solutions, and coordinating with internal technical teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, maintaining long-term client relationships, and tracking sales metrics to meet and exceed business targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and professional client interaction.
• Relevant experience in IT services or software solutions sales, preferably with web and mobile development projects.
• Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value for clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
