Generate new business leads through various channels.
Identify and develop potential clients and business opportunities.
Handle lead generation and prospecting activities.
Connect with clients and understand their commercial real estate requirements.
Schedule and conduct client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Source suitable properties based on client requirements.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
Conduct market research and R&D on commercial real estate opportunities.
Identify new market segments, properties, and potential business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with prospects and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Prepare and present property options to clients.
Work towards achieving assigned business development and revenue targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and follow-ups.
Good client-handling and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and business development.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
