Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in sales and business growth. The role involves learning sales processes, handling client interactions, and supporting business development activities under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Support lead generation through calls, emails, and online research
• Learn and execute sales pitches and product presentations
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication
• Follow up with potential clients and support closure activities
• Understand market trends and competitor analysis
  

Work Schedule

• 5 days working (Work from Office)
• Shift timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Cab facility provided by the company (as per policy)
  

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales or business development (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills
  

Eligibility

• Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Graduation in any discipline
• Interest in sales, business development, or client handling
