About the Role:

We are looking for Medical Representatives to manage and grow field sales in North Chennai, South Chennai and Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for servicing our existing base of 200+ clients, promoting our products, and identifying new business opportunities in the assigned area. This is a field sales role that requires regular travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and maintain relationships with our existing base clients in the assigned area
• Promote and drive sales of company products among existing and prospective clients
• Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients to expand the customer base
• Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly to doctors, pharmacists, retailers, and other stakeholders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
• Negotiate orders and terms with clients to close sales effectively
• Handle client queries and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and client feedback, and submit regular reports to the reporting manager
• Stay updated on company products as well as competitor offerings in the market

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant field sales experience are also encouraged to apply
• Graduate in B.Pharm or any medical/pharmaceutical-related field preferred; BBA in Marketing also considered
• Good negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field visits
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
