Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, cold calling, and international calling to generate leads for the company's IT services.
• Process client requirements, provide solutions, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO voice or similar industry as a Business Development Executive.
• Strong skills in international calling, outbound calling, and cold calling techniques.
• Ability to work on an international voice process (English language proficiency required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
