Business Development Executive

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales and market visits for the Security & Surveillance division, including CCTV Cameras, IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, Video Door Phones (VDP), Access Control Systems and related security products.
• Develop and manage Distributors, Dealers, Channel Partners, and System Integrators.
• Drive Channel Development and expand the dealer/distributor network.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure regular follow-up on leads and collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any Business management (MBA Preferred )
• 0-2 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales.
• Experience in Dealer Development, Distributor Management, Channel Development, B2B Sales, or Territory Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
