Job Description and desired profile

• Familiar with or quickly learning different lead generation methods.
• Help in managing and developing a database for lead generation.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media resources.
• Identify potential accounts and key decision-makers through research.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Help Business Development Managers through qualified leads & opportunities for further development and closure.
• Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Establish long-term relationships with key customers.
• Achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Candidates should have good business acumen.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
