Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for motivated and commercially driven individuals interested in building a career in business development and consulting within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries. This role is ideal for fresh MBA Marketing graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads generated through campaigns, webinars, conferences, and other initiatives.
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Connect with senior stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
• Track leads, sales pipelines, and key business development metrics.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business opportunities.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 02 years of relevant experience; freshers with relevant internships or academic projects in business development, market research, consulting, sales, or commercial strategy are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work with deadlines.
