Business Development Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong US market exposure to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email outreach for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute targeted LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and email outreach campaigns to generatehigh-quality leads.
Identify, research, and engage potential clients within US markets.
Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
Clearly communicate the companys value proposition to key decision-makers.
Create compelling email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach sequences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
Collaborate with senior sales team members to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.

Required Skills & Competencies:

23 years of proven experience in Business Development.
Strong exposure to international markets, especially the US.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
