Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bilimora for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and supporting overall business growth. Daily responsibilities include building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and working collaboratively with the sales and operations teams.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and building client relationships
• Excellent Business acumen and ability to develop strategic solutions
• Outstanding Communication skills to confidently negotiate and present ideas
• High self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus
