Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Management: Promptly attend to a daily list of provided leads from the CRM.
• Shortlisting: Filter leads based on strictly defined criteria, including investment capacity, real estate availability (showroom/service area), and local market influence.
• Business Pitching: Effectively communicate the "Oben Advantage" including our LFP battery technology, 150cc-equivalent performance, and dealership ROI models.
• Documentation Management: Collect and verify preliminary documents (KYC, financial statements, property photos/plans) from interested parties.
• Database Management: Maintain a clean and updated CRM of all prospective dealers, tracking every stage of the conversation from "First Call" to "Shortlisted."
• Coordination: Schedule secondary meetings or site visits for the regional managers once a lead is successfully shortlisted.
• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the ground (via dealer calls) regarding competitor offerings and local demand to help refine our expansion strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 - 7years of experience in Dealer Development, Channel Sales, or Inside Sales (preferably in Automotive, Edtech, Real Estate).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and any other local language.
• The ability to build rapport over the phone is critical.
• Candidates available for an immediate start are preferred.

Working Days:

• 6 days a week(Sunday Fixed off)
