Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, loan sales, credit card sales, and other means to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in retail banking or related field sales role.
- Strong understanding of banking products such as loans, credits cards, etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
