Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the stock market and sales. The candidate should have good knowledge of the Indian stock market, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new clients through outbound calls, referrals, leads, and other sources.
Explain the company's financial products and advisory services to prospective clients.
Understand clients' requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
Follow up regularly with leads and potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into active clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Stay updated with stock market trends, financial products, and market developments.
Coordinate with the research/advisory team when required to support client requirements.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare daily and monthly sales/calling reports.
Consistently achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in stock market/financial services and sales.
Good understanding of the Indian stock market.
Basic knowledge of equity, derivatives, trading, and investment concepts.
Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, relationship management, or financial product sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good follow-up and client-handling ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and other sales reporting tools.

Have proven experience in sales or financial product selling.
Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Have strong lead conversion and follow-up skills.
