Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

As a BD Executive, you will drive company growth by sourcing, pitching, and onboarding new hotels across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and onboard potential hotels.
• Present Jox Stays solutions to hotel owners/managers
• Build strong, long-term stakeholder relationships
• Maintain lead records and reports
• Coordinate with BD & Operations for seamless onboarding
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree; Hotel Management or Business/Sales preferred
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Proven sales or hospitality BD experience (mandatory)
• Self-driven, target-focused, and willing to travel frequently
