Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for clients.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  
• Interview stakeholders, run workshops, and translate needs into structured specifications.

• Stakeholder Management: Align business and technical teams, manage expectations, and ensure clarity.
• Process Analysis: Map current workflows (as-is) and design improved future workflows (“to-be”).
• Documentation: Create user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Solution Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to confirm solutions meet business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Identify inefficiencies, trends, and insights to support decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
