Hiring for Business Development Doctor Referral Team with DR. AGARWALS EYE HOSPITALS LTD for Tenkasi Location, Tamil Nadu.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for doctor referral marketing.
• Building a strong doctor network.
• Meet doctors on a daily basis in the assigned territory.
• To conduct an awareness program for the general public in the doctor's hospital/clinic on various eye awareness days. To conduct camps for hospitals/doctor clinics/chemists' associations & the general public.
• To ensure that the referral kit has been delivered to the referee.
• Focus on increasing the walk-ins and patient footfalls in the hospital.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 1-6 years of experience in business development and B2B, marketing, or corporate relations activities.
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-Driven Personality
• Thorough knowledge of the geographic locations' requirements.
• Male candidate with a degree in marketing or a related field.
• The regional language Tamil is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
