Business Development Executive

Aadinath Buildcom is a real estate builder and developer, focused on developing and selling quality properties.

We are looking for a Sales Executive for our office in Shyam Nagar.

Key Responsibilities:

* Call and follow up with fresh leads provided through company marketing activities

* Understand client requirements and generate potential clients

* Schedule and coordinate property visits

* Take client follow-ups and feedback after visits

* Maintain and update the lead/client database

* Work towards converting leads and closing deals

Skills Required: Good communication and calling skills, confident personality, good follow-up and coordination skills, and a sales-oriented approach.
