Job Overview:

King Research Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with basic knowledge of the stock market and Demat account opening. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English, and should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote our products and services, generate leads, and close sales effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to convert leads into successful sales.
• Explain and pitch stock market-related services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent customer engagement.
• Address customer queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders and regularly report on progress and performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales executive/Voice Process, preferably in a financial or stock market domain.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market and Demat account opening is essential.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
