Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

Assist the team with end-to-end purchasing activities for commercial interior projects. • Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and empanel new vendors and service providers. • Coordinate with existing vendors to gather quotes, track order delivery timelines, and negotiate rates to optimize costs. • Draft, verify, and document Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs). • Assist in inventory tracking, category planning, and material expediting. • Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with basic procurement analytics using MS Excel and Tally.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 01 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchase assistance (Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Management, or related fields. • Key Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Tally. • Mindset: Street-smart, strong communication skills, and good negotiation skills. • Traits: Keen eye for costing, strong organized approach, and ability to handle multi-vendor follow-ups.
