Were looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive who can identify new opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and drive business growth through creative digital solutions. Youll be the face of our company - connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that help them thrive online.
Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential clients through online research, cold calls, and networking
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, development) to create tailored proposals
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing documents
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Represent Growth Hub Media professionally in meetings and pitches
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (Digital Marketing/IT preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and client-handling ability
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and web development is a plus
