Business Development Executive

Visit schools, colleges, communities, and job fairs to promote training programs and mobilize prospective candidates.

• Counsel students and their families on available training programs, career pathways, apprenticeship opportunities, and employment prospects.

• Organize awareness activities such as community meetings, workshops, seminars, and street plays to increase program visibility and participation.

• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, principals, parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders to support candidate mobilization efforts.

• Ensure student enrollment, attendance, and active participation in training programs.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, candidate interactions, enrollments, and submit regular progress reports.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in education, EdTech, training, skill development, admissions counselling, or institutional sales.
• Candidates from other field-sales industries may also apply, provided they have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with students, parents, educational institutions, corporate clients, or other stakeholders professionally.
• Comfortable with field visits, lead generation, follow-ups, client meetings, and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Should be self-motivated, confident, customer-focused, and willing to learn about education and training products/services.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Bengali and the relevant local language will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting is preferred.
