On-Ground Channels (25%)
Activations in societies, corporate parks, local events

Preferred candidate profile
1–4 years in inside sales, BD or D2C conversion (real estate, fintech, edtech, insurance, auto fit well)
A closer on the phone and in person — patient with doubts, direct with next steps
Active on LinkedIn; you know how to message a stranger and get a reply
Fluent Hindi/Hinglish, functional English
Organised about follow-ups — conversion happens on the third touch
