ABOUT JIVORAA AND FUTURE NEXT ACADEMY

Jivoraa Education Pvt. Ltd. is the India-based operating company supporting Future Next Academy, a UK-focused education and career-development brand.

Future Next Academy is being built to help working professionals, career switchers and ambitious learners develop practical, industry-relevant capabilities across Data, Artificial Intelligence, Finance and Growth.

As we prepare for the next stage of the brands growth, we are building our first dedicated sales and admissions team in India.

This initial hiring cohort will become the Founding Sales Team of Future Next Academy. Team members joining at this stage will help establish our sales culture, learner-conversation standards, operating processes and performance benchmarks from the ground up.

    WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT

This is not a conventional sales role where you simply inherit an established script, fixed process and mature sales floor.

As a member of our founding team, you will have the opportunity to:

Join at the beginning of an international education brands commercial Journey.
    • Help shape how Future Next Academy engages with and advises UK learners.
    • Work closely with the core leadership team during the companys formative stage.
    • Contribute feedback to sales scripts, CRM workflows, processes and learner communication.
    • Gain early visibility, responsibility and meaningful ownership.
    • Establish yourself as an early performer as the team expands.
    • Be considered for mentoring, senior advisory and team-management responsibilities based on performance and future business requirements.

We are intentionally looking for people who are excited by the opportunity to build something, not simply join something that has already been built.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for ambitious and consultative Business Development Executives to engage with prospective learners based primarily in the United Kingdom.

Your responsibility will be to understand each learners professional background, career ambitions, challenges and learning requirements before recommending the most suitable Future Next Academy programme.

You will handle both inbound enquiries and outbound sales opportunities, conduct structured counselling conversations and guide qualified prospects through the complete enrolment journey.

This is a target-driven sales position requiring excellent communication, disciplined follow-up, commercial awareness and an ethical approach to learner counselling.

This is not purely a cold-calling role. The focus is on understanding qualified prospects, building trust and guiding them towards the right programme through consultative conversations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with prospective UK learners primarily through telephone calls.
    • Manage both inbound enquiries and outbound sales opportunities.
    • Understand each prospects professional background, career objectives and learning requirements.
    • Conduct structured and consultative career-counselling conversations.
    • Explain programme structures, learning outcomes, delivery formats, fees and payment options clearly.
    • Recommend suitable programmes based on the learners requirements.
    • Conduct follow-ups through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email and video consultations when required.
    • Build trust through professional, accurate and transparent communication.
    • Maintain an organised sales pipeline and record all interactions accurately in the CRM.
    • Follow up consistently with interested and qualified prospects until closure.
    • Achieve individual enrolment and revenue targets.
    • Coordinate with operations and learner-support teams to ensure a smooth post-enrolment experience.
    • Share prospect feedback, recurring objections and market insights with the management team.
    • Contribute ideas that can improve sales processes, learner conversations and conversion performance.
    • Represent Future Next Academy professionally during every learner interaction.
    • Avoid misleading commitments or unapproved claims regarding careers, salaries or placement outcomes.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

We welcome candidates from both EdTech and other consultative sales backgrounds.

You could be a strong fit if you have:

A minimum of one year of relevant sales experience.
    • Experience in education sales, academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, business development, financial services, professional training or another consultative sales environment.
    • Excellent spoken and written English.
    • Confidence in communicating with UK-based working professionals.
    • Strong listening, questioning, objection-handling, negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales conversations.
    • The ability to build trust without relying on aggressive or misleading sales tactics.
    • A disciplined approach to follow-ups, lead management and pipeline ownership.
    • Comfort working with CRMs, diallers, WhatsApp, email and video-conferencing platforms.
    • A target-oriented mindset and the resilience required to perform in a sales environment.
    • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative founding team.
    • A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute as processes continue to evolve.
    • Availability to work from our Gurugram office during UK-aligned shifts.

Candidates with relevant EdTech experience may have an advantage, but strong performers from other consultative sales industries are equally encouraged to apply.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • Attractive and uncapped performance incentives.
      • Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
      • Exposure to the UK education and professional-learning market.
      • Structured product, market and sales training.
      • Direct interaction and visibility with the core leadership team.
      • The opportunity to influence processes as part of the founding sales team.
      • Meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
      • Potential to grow into senior or team-management responsibilities as the organisation expands.
      • A professional five-day work culture with clearly defined performance expectations.

    WHO WILL THRIVE HERE?

This opportunity is best suited to someone who:

Wants to join an organization during its early growth stage.

    • Is excited by ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence how a team is built.
    • Can perform without waiting for every process to be completely established.
    • Is comfortable with targets, accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Wants their ideas and performance to have a visible impact on the business.
    • Views an early-stage environment as an opportunity to grow rather than a limitation.

AN HONEST NOTE ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Future Next Academy is an early-stage brand, and this is our first sales-team hiring cohort. Processes, products and priorities will continue to evolve as the organization learns and grows.

Joining the founding team will require adaptability, resilience and a willingness to occasionally contribute beyond a narrowly defined job description. It will also offer direct exposure, meaningful ownership and the opportunity to grow alongside the organization from its earliest commercial stage.

If you are looking only for the predictability of a mature corporate structure, this opportunity may not be the right fit.

However, if you want to help build a sales function from the ground up, establish yourself as an early performer and contribute to the growth of a UK-focused education brand, we would be pleased to hear from you.
