Looking for a confident, self-driven Business Development Executive to manage outbound calling and web meetings with leads generated through our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in our consulting services across India and Thailand, so strong communication skills and a persuasive, professional phone/video presence are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated from Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Conduct outbound calls and web meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) to pitch and sell consulting services
Understand client requirements and clearly explain service offerings and pricing
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/lead sheet
Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and feedback
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
