Job Summary

Bhasaka Technologies is looking for a Junior Business Development Associate to support lead generation, client outreach, and business development activities in the IT Staffing and Adobe Solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.

- Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and decision-makers.

- Understand client requirements for IT staffing, staff augmentation, and Adobe resources.

- Conduct follow-ups and schedule client meetings.

- Share company profiles, capability decks, resource profiles, and rate cards.

- Maintain leads and activities using CRM and sales tools.

- Coordinate with recruitment and technical teams for client requirements.

- Support the team in achieving monthly business development targets.

Required Skills

- 0.61 year of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / IT Sales / Lead Generation.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of IT services and staffing.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Preferred

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io,CRM tool or exposure to Adobe/AEM technologies is an added advantage.
