Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development professional with IT Staffing industry experience to drive B2B lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and market research.
• Identify and connect with potential IT staffing clients.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule client meetings and follow up on leads.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
